Making the world a better place with our biennial customer survey
Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients donate S$5,000+ to World Vision to help children in need
We conduct customer and principal satisfaction surveys at Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients every two years. The feedback we receive from customer and supplier surveys is vital for us and allows us to continuously improve our business operations so that we can deliver maximum value and satisfaction to all of our stakeholders.
The surveys are lengthy and thorough, so we truly appreciate everyone taking the time to answer all our questions. To give respondents a bonus incentive to complete this year's customer satisfaction survey, we agreed to donate S$10 for each completed survey to World Vision, a high-impact humanitarian organisation helping children, their families, and their communities overcome poverty and injustice.
With many thanks to more than 500 customers of ours who completed this year's satisfaction survey, we managed to raise S$5,150 for World Vision. This donation will scale up relief and recovery efforts and support livelihoods for the most vulnerable groups in places with pre-existing fragilities, like Yangon and Rakhine.
