Leadership Appointments Strengthen Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients in Thailand and Vietnam

Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients has announced two leadership appointments in Thailand and Vietnam, effective 1 January 2026, as part of its ongoing commitment to leadership continuity, internal talent development, and long-term regional growth.

Ms Supaporn Monprasit will return to Thailand after successfully leading Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients Vietnam for the past five years and will assume the newly created role of General Manager – Sales, Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients Thailand. With more than 22 years of experience within the Jebsen & Jessen Group, Supaporn brings deep market knowledge, strong commercial leadership, and a proven ability to drive business growth across diverse markets. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening sales excellence, customer engagement, and commercial capabilities in Thailand.

At the same time, Mr Viet Thinh Nguyen will be appointed General Manager, Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients Vietnam. Thinh joined the company in 2012 and has held senior roles across Feed and Regional Portfolio Management. With over 25 years of industry experience and a strong track record in operational management and business development, he is well-positioned to lead the Vietnam organisation and continue its growth trajectory.

A structured handover process for both roles will commence in January and conclude by the end of March 2026, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity for customers, partners, and employees.
