Celebrating 25 years of unwavering dedication, Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients honours Komon L.'s exceptional journey from his initial role as an account manager to his current position as Regional Head of Business Operations. Join us in commemorating this monumental achievement.

This month marked an impressive milestone for Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients (JJING) as we celebrated the 25th anniversary of Khun Komon Lomchantrasilp, our esteemed Regional Head for Business Operations. The night was a blend of looking back at cherished memories, expressing heartfelt thanks, and celebrating together.

Held in the Residence Lounge room, the evening kicked off with a vibrant photo session, capturing moments of reunions and warm greetings. Our event's MCs, K. Teerapon and K. Thanaporn, set the tone for the evening, introducing distinguished guests including group CEO Per Magnusson, Ingredients CEO Siew Tin, previous Ingredients CEO Marc Deschamps, and many other special guests in attendance. A special presence was Komon's wife and numerous former colleagues, emphasizing the deep relationships he has cultivated over the years.

One of the highlights of the evening was CEO Siew Tin's presentation. Bringing a touch of nostalgia, she surprised the audience with a copy of Komon's original job application from 1998 when he joined as an account manager for the rubber department. Through the years, Komon's career trajectory has been nothing short of impressive - evolving through roles as department manager to regional head of business operations.

A heartwarming video showcased his 25-year journey with the company, spotlighting Komon's knack for forming lasting bonds with colleagues and his zest for life. The emotional high point was undoubtedly during Komon's emotional speech. With a voice laden with gratitude, he thanked his mentors, remembered past colleagues, and highlighted the valuable lessons learned over the years. Many attendees took the opportunity to share personal anecdotes, painting a picture of a dedicated, analytical, and widely respected individual.

The evening was not just a tribute to Komon's professional accomplishments but also a reflection on the relationships, memories, and milestones interwoven into his 25-year journey with Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients.
