Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients China’s Taobao E-shop Goes Live
After months of development, Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients China (JJIC) has launched its Food Ingredients E-shop on Taobao.
uring this digital age, having an online shop offers various benefits and serves as an additional channel for engaging with customers, principals and key stakeholders. Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients China (JJIC) has been developing their Taobao Food Ingredients E-shop since July 2022 and we are happy to announce that the new E-shop finally launched on December 1st, 2022.
To help publicise JJIC’s food products and promote their unique company culture, Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients China chose Taobao, China’s largest consumer-to-consumer online marketplace. JJIC’s objectives for the new E-shop are boosting Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients and their local presence in China, building brand awareness, developing new business opportunities and updating stakeholders with the latest market information and trends. Currently, the Taobao shop covers only JJIC’s food business, but there are plans to extend the scope to more products and other business lines in the near future, so please stay tuned for future updates!
The Taobao Food Ingredients E-shop was designed by JJIC’s customer service team with support and feedback from sales & marketing. The online store is both web and mobile-responsive resulting in a smooth user experience regardless of device. The overall design focuses on Jebsen & Jessen brand values and JJIC’s product offerings, with extra ‘about us’ and ‘news’ sections available on the web version of the E-shop. A dedicated customer service team with support from sales will ensure that inquiries are answered in a timely manner.
