From Strategy to Action: Elevating Sales Excellence Across Southeast Asia
Bringing together over 200 sales professionals from across the region, Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients' 2025 Regional Sales Conference marked a new chapter in uniting people, purpose, and performance.

At Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients, we believe that growth doesn’t happen in silos. It takes alignment, collaboration, and the courage to do things differently. That belief came to life during our 2025 Regional Sales Conference, held from 29 July to 1 August in Penang, Malaysia.

For the first time, our entire commercial team — spanning both the Chemicals and Nutrilife Divisions — came together for a fully integrated regional event. In the past, these teams held separate annual conferences. This year, we took a deliberate step forward: one unified event, designed to foster stronger alignment and shared momentum.

The result? A dynamic, four-day experience that brought together over 200 colleagues from seven countries, representing our seven diverse business lines. The programme was carefully crafted to connect commercial strategy with real-world execution, giving our teams the tools to identify opportunities, respond to market shifts, and drive sustainable growth.

A major highlight was the Sales Engagement Masterclass led by Benjamin Bruce Davidson, a respected facilitator known for his practical, energetic style. Participants explored key themes such as sales intelligence, competitive positioning, and values-based consultative selling — all aimed at refining our customer approach in a fast-changing marketplace.
Leadership played a hands-on role throughout the conference. Our management team served as co-facilitators, embedding business insight directly into the learning experience. And we were especially honoured to be joined by our Group CEO, Ms. Siew Tin Lim, who shared her vision for unity, growth, and people development across the organisation.
Of course, it wasn’t all strategy and skill-building. The event also celebrated the spirit of collaboration and culture that makes Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients unique. During the conference dinner, teams from each business line took the stage for fun, creative performances that highlighted not just talent — but connection, humour, and team pride.
The 2025 Regional Sales Conference was more than just an internal milestone. It was a reflection of who we are and how we lead: open, united, and committed to continuous learning.
