Celebrating Our HR Achievements at the HR Excellence Awards

On 23rd August 2024, Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients Thailand attended the prestigious HR Excellence Awards 2024 Thailand, held at the iconic Shangri-La Hotel on the riverside in Bangkok. The event was a celebration of HR excellence, buzzing with energy as companies from across the country gathered to recognise achievements in human resources. Dressed to impress under the theme of "Sapphire Starlight," the atmosphere was vibrant, and the evening was filled with anticipation.

We were honoured to be finalists in two highly competitive categories: Excellence in Agile Talent Mobility and Excellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Competing against some of Thailand's largest and most successful companies, we felt like underdogs but were thrilled to win the Bronze medal in Excellence in Agile Talent Mobility. This award recognises organisations that excel in facilitating smooth talent transitions, development, and career progression. Our win puts us alongside industry leaders such as CIMB Thai Bank (Gold), Deloitte Thailand (Silver), and finalists like BigC, Central Restaurants Group, Krungsri Consumer, and Lazada.

Our Talent Mobility Program played a crucial role in this recognition, showcasing our ability to manage talent across both the Regional and Country Pools. By identifying and developing key skills, enabling cross-country career paths, and regularly monitoring our progress, we have created a robust framework that supports internal mobility and career growth. Our investment in the High Potential (HIPO) program further strengthens our efforts, allowing us to nurture talent from within and fill vacancies effectively.

In addition to our Bronze win, we were proud to be finalists in the Excellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion category, where we competed against companies like Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance (Gold), adidas (Thailand) (Silver), Agoda (Bronze), and several others. This recognition highlights our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.

The HR Excellence Awards featured a wide range of categories celebrating various aspects of HR excellence. From Excellence in Employer Branding and Excellence in Learning and Development to Excellence in Workforce Flexibility, the event showcased the diverse ways in which organisations are driving innovation in human resources.
