Celebrating 25 Years of Dedication, Friendship, and Jebsen & Jessen Spirit
Jebesen & Jessen Ingredients Thailand recently gathered for an evening of laughter, stories, and appreciation to celebrate Mackerels’ Legacy – Honoring 25 Years & Beyond.
On 23 September 2025, at the Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit 57, Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients Thailand hosted a grand dinner in honour of our three long-serving colleagues — Khun Bunta Wicharoen (Regional Order Admin & Planning Team Lead), Khun Wattana Chimtama (Senior Supervisor, Warehouse), and Khun Norraworn Wangkathat (Warehouse) — who each reached their 25th work anniversary this year. The evening also marked the retirement of Khun Pratoom Promruk (Delivery Supervisor), a much-respected member of our warehouse team who has been with the Jebsen & Jessen family for 32 years.
This milestone occasion was made even more special as it coincided with the JJ Group CXO Meeting in Bangkok, allowing many of our Group’s senior leaders to join the celebration. Among the distinguished guests were Group Chairman Heinrich Jessen, Group CEO Per Magnusson, Group CFO Viktor Leendertz, Group CHRO Olivia Chua, and Ingredients CEO Siew Tin Lim, together with senior management, colleagues, family members, and former JJ team members.
After warm opening remarks by Khun Songsin (Country Manager, JJIT) and Khun Komon (Regional Head of Business Operations, JJING), the ceremony began with the presentation of the 25-Year JJ Pin by Chairman Heinrich and bouquets of appreciation from CEO Siew Tin. A cake-cutting ceremony followed, symbolising both celebration and gratitude for the years of shared success.
Guests then enjoyed a touching video montage of messages and memories from colleagues across the region, followed by an engaging roundtable chat with each awardee hosted by Khun Komon and Khun Natcha. The conversations were filled with laughter, gratitude, and stories that reflected the many years of dedication, teamwork, and friendship.
The evening wrapped up with gift exchanges, plenty of photos, and a “JJ’s Ocean”-themed photo booth that everyone enjoyed.
For our three honourees, this milestone also comes with a lasting recognition — their portraits will soon be added to the JJ 25-Year Hall of Fame at our Singapore Headquarters, a proud tradition celebrating colleagues across the region who have dedicated a quarter-century to shaping the Jebsen & Jessen story.
We are deeply grateful to Khun Bunta, Khun Wattana, Khun Norraworn, and Khun Pratoom for their commitment, professionalism, and care over the years. Their journey reminds us that JJ’s success is not built overnight — it is built through decades of loyalty, teamwork, and shared purpose.
